Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your product arrives damaged contact us with pictures of the product and packaging within 10 days for a replacement or refund.

While we'd love to see you all in person, we are often at our limit managing the farm and do not accommodate unscheduled visitors. If you'd like to visit, consider attending a class or event or scheduling a private or group tour.

We sell bulk dried herbs in small quantities in our SHOP.

Fresh herbs are available in bulk (1lb +) during the growing season. Our Order Request Form is updated regularly with upcoming and current herbs available. Dried herbs available in 1lb+ are also on this form.

Sign up for our email list or follow us on social media for regular updates on when herbs are available for pre-orders, and when we have leftovers to buy on-demand.

Orders placed in our SHOP are shipped out on Wednesdays via USPS. You should receive a tracking number when the package leaves our farm. If you have any concerns, please use our CONTACT US form to let us know.

For Fresh herbs and all Pre Orders, we will contact you to arrange a harvest/shipping or pick up date at 3-7 days in advance. If you Pre Ordered fresh or dried herbs, please refer to the harvest timeframe list to see when the herbs will become available throughout the season. As we are often scheduling multiple orders and herbs at the whims of nature, we will not usually know until the week or 2 beforehand.

In an effort to minimize our excess office time, please do not send us an email asking when you will receive a specific herb on your list unless we are in the harvest timeframe of that herb. We simply do not know outside of those ranges until we are within a couple weeks of harvest in which we will contact you.

For folks who would like to order fresh herbs and large quantities of herbs for the following season, we offer a Pre Order in the winter.

The herbs we ship have been harvested, grown, and processed within a small window of their arrival- ensuring their freshness and vitality.

Because we are a small-scale farm and only distribute the herbs we grow ourselves, we cannot entirely guarantee order fulfillment. As farmers we are subject to crop failures occasionally due to the whims of nature. We will do everything we can to avoid this, but it can happen. You will not be charged for any herbs you do not receive on our part.

Things purchased from our online shop will be processed and shipped within a few days of being ordered.

We’re interested in and open to hosting classes on herbalism, farming, and other healing arts & nature based activities. If you’d like to host an event at our farm, please contact us.

We do not host weddings or social events that are not in theme with our space.
