Why can’t you order bulk herbs? Our herbalist, Sunshine, is away for the summer for a research road trip. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. In the meantime you can still find a selection of herbs in our online shop.
It is our mission at Maple Spring Gardens to grow vibrant, high quality herbs in harmony with the land that we steward. We offer potent herbs for herbalists, medicine makers, the individual, and families. All of our herbs are grown using natural and sustainable farming methods. We hand cultivate, harvest and process from seed to fresh or dried herb with a detailed focus on quality control to ensure you are receiving clean, un-adulterated herbs. Our herbs are all grown, dried and processed right here on our farm.
Our Herbs are available Fresh (non-dried) and Dried. Leafy Herbs, once dried, are hand garbled (rubbed through screens) to minimally break down the leaf and the main stalk is removed. We never mill our aerial parts (leaf and flower) therefore preserving their delicate & aromatic integrity.
